Our culture
We compete hard but grow together. Although we look competitive on the outside, we are a close knit family.
From the outside we look like a highly competitive sales team. What people do not expect is how close-knit we are. We compete hard, but we grow together. Leaders earn respect rather than rely on titles, and the relationships go well beyond work.

What we protect
WHAT THIS PLACE ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE
Our values are the GREAT standard. This is the day-to-day feel underneath them, in the words the team actually reaches for.
COMPETITIVE
We keep score, and we want you to want to win. The competition is with the target and with yesterday's version of you, never at someone else's expense.
FUN
You spend most of your waking hours here. Music in the morning, energy on the floor, and a Friday activity every week, planned by a different leader each time.
AUTHENTIC
No scripts you do not believe and no pretending. Honest conversations with customers, and honest feedback with each other.
RESPECTFUL
Respect is earned here, not issued with a job title. Our leaders are respected because of how they show up, not where they sit.
BELONG
People genuinely help one another. On a hard day the team lifts you, and that is the part nobody expects from a sales floor.
How we work together
A day with the team, start to finish.
Every day has a rhythm, and it is built so you go home a little better than you arrived.
8AM: THE ROOM FILLS
Managers meeting and the Rising Star meeting open the week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Goals set, priorities clear, before anyone touches the field.
9AM: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Two full hours on the craft, every day. The planned topic, then role-play in small groups with a leader coaching you through it.
INTO THE FIELD: REAL CONVERSATIONS
Out representing the brand face to face, learning by doing, with a mentor close by whenever you want a second pair of eyes or a quick reset.
DEBRIEFS: LEARN FROM EVERY DOOR
We come back and talk it through honestly. What worked, what did not, and what to try tomorrow. Every debrief makes the next day sharper.
How we recognise people
Recognition is not saved for once a year.
If you deliver, people know about it. Some of it is a shout in front of the whole team, some of it is a passport.
01
WEEKLY RECOGNITION CALL
We name the people who deserves it weekly so the whole team recognises their efforts.
02
PERFORMERS DAY
Every month, top performers celebrate their day together with our Managing Director.
03
OVERSEAS EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
Earn a fully paid exchange with an overseas marketing office.
04
RISING STAR WORKSHOP
New performers that show up are selected for an overseas workshop. Many of them being their first time travelling overseas
Leaders also earn the annual awards gala and the management retreat
When it gets hard
No one struggles alone here.

OFF THE CLOCK
STILL ONE TEAM
When someone struggles, support takes precedence over judgment—coaching them through root causes to build the confidence and skill needed for long-term independence rather than short-term fixes.
Sometimes, people don't need more pressure, they need to be pulled closer, reminded of why they started, and helped to identify what's actually holding them back.
Our goal isn't just to create good performers in their first 30 days. It's to develop people who eventually have the confidence and ability to stand on their own.
"We coach before we judge. We reconnect before we write someone off."
